Home & Land Packages

Our Home & Land Packages are the perfect solution for those less interested in the design process. We'll do all the tricky bits, like selecting the plan, making the design selections and lodging it with the council. This allows you to be as involved (or removed) as you like. With so many happy families already living their McBrimar dream, we know what it takes to create a comfortable, welcoming home. Our lifestyle-centred designs maximise the site's sun and potential with easily-maintained landscaping and relaxing outdoor living spaces.
