The fixed price package was fantastic.  I knew exactly how much this build would cost me, while maintaining the ability to upgrade anything I wanted as an optional extra cost. I brought my Home and Land package when it was half built, but I still got to choose all the fittings, kitchen, colours etc, it was just so exciting to watch my choices evolve into my beautiful new home.
