Dove Place is a lovely neighbourhood hidden down a quiet cul-de-sac in Holmes Hill, Oamaru.

This was the first new development brought to you by McBrimar Developments. This included the extension of Dove Place, an already-established street, by developing bare land at the end and completing the cul-de-sac; as well as developing a number of new sections on Holmes Street.
