how we work

Initial Meeting

This is where we get to know one another and gain an understanding of what your dream home looks like. Discussing your needs, wants and budget, we guide you through all of our building options to find the one that best suits you. 

Site Visit

We’ll visit your potential sites to discuss what’s possible and how we can maximise its unique landscape, taking into account the layout, aspect to sun and wind as well as any retaining or service requirements and consents you may need.


With a thorough understanding of your expectations and site, we now create a unique set of concept plans. First presenting you with an initial draft, we then work through your feedback to refine the design. This is presented alongside an initial price estimate.


At this stage, we refine the specifications of your home (fixtures, fittings etc.), finalise the design plan and supply you with the fixed-price.

Final Adjustments and Contract

Before you sign the fixed-price contract, however, we take time to make any last minute adjustments to the plan. Only when you’re completely happy with how it all looks do we confirm the price and get the paperwork squared away.

Building Consent

We‘ll have a detailed set of plans prepared that meet all of the council consent requirements and lodge this on your behalf to gain prompt approval.

Interiors and Finishing Touches

You’ll meet with our experienced interior designer to discuss the overall look of your new home. Always one of the most exciting and creative stages of building, this is when you select the finer details, from cladding colours to carpet choice.
