How does it work?
Let’s take a closer look at our exciting Client Journey. It's typically defined by two simple stages: the 7-Step Design Phase and the Build Phase. For us, the journey doesn’t end when we hand over the keys. We’ll be by your side while you settle in to ensure everything is up to your standards and ours.
1. Initial Meeting & Site Visit
You’ll meet our sales team. We'll get to know each other to find a building option that best suits you and visit your site to discuss your vision.
2. Concept
This is where the fun begins. Now that we thoroughly understand your vision, site, and budget, we create a unique set of concept plans.
3. Revisions & Specification
We finalise the design plan and refine your home’s specifications — i.e. cladding and special features — so we can start pricing.

John and Barbara came to us with a stunning but tricky site. They wanted an epic entertainer’s deck, room to entertain the family, and views of the mountains.
