What you'll be doing:

• A mix of residential work – from townhouses to certified passive homes

• Everything from the ground up: foundations to fit-off and landscaping

• Reading plans & staying ahead of what’s needed next

• Working in a solid crew with a great culture, where everyone gets on – on site and after hours

• Helping apprentices build proper habits

• Taking pride, keeping the site tidy, safe and moving forward.

You'll be a good fit if you:

• Are a qualified carpenter (NZ cert l4), or a labourer with 5+ years’ building experience

• Have proven site experience

• Know your code and understand your health & safety responsibilities

• Turn up on time, keen as, with a solid can-do attitude.

What you'll get:

• A secure, full-time role: 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

• Good coin for a good builder

• A vehicle for the right candidate

• Pathway to foreman/leadership for the right person

• Two 30-minute breaks (not the old school 15/30/15 split)
