Oamaru locals Lewis and Clare had been gearing up to downsize for their retirement. It had all seemed too hard until they came across a McBrimar Home & Land Package. Having lived just around the corner, they had been keeping an eye on the development of Holmes Hill Estate and decided this could be their new home.

The home was already under construction when Lewis and Clare engaged McBrimar so their building journey was easy. They purchased their home just before the exterior cladding went up. All the hard work was done, all Lewis and Clare had to do was choose their curtains and start packing.

A lock-and-leave home in a safe area was a must-have for Lewis and Clare. Their new home is just that. They have enjoyed watching the community grow around them and getting to know all of their new neighbours. They all love catching up for a coffee (or a sav) in their backyard. Lewis has a reputation for being somewhat of a handyman around the neighbourhood, always lending a hand to mow some lawns or trim some edges where he can.
