Newlyweds Tim and Monique came to us with a dream to build their first home. Their brief was simple: future-focused with plenty of space to one day grow their family.

Their lovely family home is spacious, warm, and perfectly suits their lifestyle. There’s plenty of space for their new arrival, baby Arnaka, and for the two of them to work from home. Monique makes good use of the Alps to Ocean track just around the corner most days, whether she’s out for a walk or a run. Tim and Monique enjoyed their building journey so much that even with their busy lifestyles, they’re already in the planning stages of their second build and forever home.
